Prostate friendly saddles

Does anyone have any recommendations for a saddle that is especially comfortable in the prostate area? Or more specifically for someone who has just had his prostate removed. I I have been riding on leather saddles without a cutout until recently (Brooks and Gilles Berthout). But my consultant suggested I consider a prostate friendly saddle.

My husband had a prostatectomy in January. He's back on his bike now. He says his Selle SMP is still very comfortable, specially shaped cradle support but also with cut out, a bit more expensive. At the cheaper end a short nosed Bontrager saddle with a cut out is on his other bike and he says also very comfortable.

I haven't had my prostate out but I did suffer from soreness and read about cycling being linked to prostate cancer so I switched to the selle smp trk to. It's a dear do as I've ended up with 4-5 of them.

I had my prostate removed eight years ago and have never had any pain issues because of it but find that any soreness is mostly caused by the seams in my underwear. This has made me wonder if there any gents cycling underwear that reduces this friction in this area

The recommended way to wear cycling shorts is with the insert (formally called chamois or chammy) next to the skin ie no underwear.
